Captain's Cove Apartments is located at 811 Greenwood Court in Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901. We're in Woodland Park, about five minutes from historic downtown Oshkosh and a short walk from Lake Winnebago. We're also near public transportation for easy access around town.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekend appointments are available by request. You can reach us at (844) 396-2445 or info@captainscoveapts.com.

You can apply online through our website using the "Apply Now" link or contact our leasing office. The application fee is $35 per applicant. We'll review your application and typically respond within 1–2 business days. You'll need valid ID, proof of income, and rental history.

Yes, Captain's Cove is pet-friendly. A one-time pet fee of $250 applies per pet. Some restrictions may apply; please contact our office for full details on our pet policy.

We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our two-bedroom units feature updated bathrooms and kitchens, and we're making ongoing upgrades including new solid surface flooring. Floor plan PDFs are available on our Floor Plans page.

Apartments include appliances, solid surface flooring, and updated kitchens and bathrooms in many units. Community amenities include off-street parking, 24-hour parking lot lighting, laundry in each building, 24-hour emergency maintenance, controlled building access, online rent payments, tenant BBQ areas, separate storage, and private porches or balconies. We're also near public transportation and a short walk to Lake Winnebago.

Yes. We offer off-street parking for residents with 24-hour parking lot lighting. Parking is included with your lease.
